At no time have I been let down on delivery and on every occasion the person who has been receiving the floral gift has been delighted. Thank you for your level of service. The only minor point I would make is that on your order form it does not allow for international telephone numbers for contact details and since I have been ordering from Ireland the only thing I can give you is my email address which is probably all you need anyway. The service was absolutely 5 star. Due to a late notification and having to obtain approval from a board of directors for the purchase of flowers, I placed the order online after business hours. The next day (Sunday) I received a call that the order was currently being processed and would be delivered the same day.
