They called me to tell me that they didn’t have one of the flowers depicted in the arrangement. We then decided on a substitution. They then sent me an email when the flowers were delivered. The service was absolutely 5 star. Due to a late notification and having to obtain approval from a board of directors for the purchase of flowers, I placed the order online after business hours. The next day (Sunday) I received a call that the order was currently being processed and would be delivered the same day.
